Our school community developed a code of conduct, which we believe encapsulates the essence of who we are and what we represent. We are honoured to be part of a school named after a great Canadian who acted on his belief that communities are responsible for taking care of one another. The Tiger family is committed to respect for self, for others and for the school community. We encourage one another to strive for personal excellence in all aspects of life.

 

Tommy Douglas is a growing school that celebrated its first graduating class in 2009-2010. We are proud of our students, who mirror Saskatoon's diverse population with its many cultures and languages. We have an exceptional staff who work extremely hard to mentor and support all students in their educational journey. We are proud of our student advisory groupings, Tiger Time, which allow students and staff the opportunity to build relationships outside the classroom by engaging in meaningful dialogue from the time they arrive to graduation.

 

At Tommy Douglas, we are also proud of our course offerings. We boast a superb coaching staff, as well as gifted instructors in all areas of the fine arts. Our partnership with the Shaw Centre and the City of Saskatoon affords our students numerous opportunities in the areas of sport, recreation and fitness. While we enjoy showcasing our facility, we are most proud of our tremendous students and passionate staff.
