This is a program offered for students whose first language is not French. The French Immersion program uses French as the language of instruction and communication in the school setting. French Immersion is structured so that children learn French and English skills and follow provincial curricula. Saskatoon Public Schools has five elementary and three secondary schools offering French Immersion. Our elementary schools are École College Park School, École Henry Kelsey School (French Immersion Instruction only), École Lakeview School, École River Heights School , and École Victoria School.
Our secondary schools are Marion M. Graham Collegiate, Tommy Douglas Collegiate and Walter Murray Collegiate.
Saskatoon Public Schools is also proud to offer Saskatchewan's only Late French Immersion Program at École Lakeview School École Henry Kelsey School, and École River Heights School.
