École Alvin Buckwold School offers elementary French Immersion for students entering at the kindergarten or Grade 1 level.  Students learn French through songs, repetition, activities and play. French is the primary language of instruction in all subject areas and formal English Language Arts programming begins in Grade 3. This program is designed for students and families who do not speak French at home. Resource support is offered in both English and French programs.
