Royal West Early Learning Centre is a daycare for infants to children five years of age. It is operated by Saskatoon Student Child Care Services Inc., a non-profit, registered charity that supports parents in their pursuit to become independent, contributing members of society and nurturing parents.

The centre has 50 spaces reserved for young parents attending high school courses. To be eligible for the teen spaces, parents must be under 22 years of age on the first day of the term and attending a high school level program. Priority is given to students attending Royal West Campus or Mount Royal Collegiate.

The centre occupies five classroom areas that house the offices, the kitchen, two preschool rooms, a toddler room and two infant rooms. A large natural playground is located off the main centre area. Ten early childhood educators provide care and education for the children. Children who require additional supports related to development or behaviour are assisted by an inclusion coordinator.
