Welcome to Estey School, home of the flexible schedule blended learning (FLEX) program! 

Estey School, established in 1961, is home to the Flexible Schedule Blended Learning (FLEX) program for students in grades 6 to 12. The program is for those who would benefit from a flexible schedule, blended learning environment due to their participation in athletic or artistic activities during regular school hours. We will continue to honour the traditions of the FLEX program that began at City Park School, now operating in our own space. We are known as the Estey Eagles. 

The FLEX program is designed to support students pursuing a passion that requires them to miss school for training or competition. We have a diverse student population that participates in a wide variety of activities at the local, provincial, national and international level. Some of our students are baseball and basketball players, biathletes, climbers, cross-fitters, dancers, divers, equestrians, gymnasts, hockey players, musicians, pianists, skiers, soccer players, softball players, swimmers, volleyball players, weightlifters, wrestlers and more. We are proud to be the educational provider of the Saskatoon Blades and the Indigenous Sports Academy. 

Or staff are phenomenal teachers who utilize a variety of teaching strategies to support students as they pursue their passion. Teachers use a blended learning approach to support student learning in meeting curricular outcomes. If you would like to learn more about our program, please contact us.
