Booking Your Brightwater Experience Online
To book a Brightwater visit online, submit the required information on the on-line Brightwater Booking Calendar.

Please review the other bookings for that day/time prior to submitting your request to ensure that there is no overlap.
You will no longer receive notification of the status of your booking request. Once your booking has been created, please contact the Brightwater Project Leader to communicate details and collaborate planning for your experience.

We suggest the following:
- Familiarize yourself with the Brightwater guidelines
- Review the programming overview to familiarize yourself with the experience
- Plan student inquiry based projects/experiences that are driven by curricula and extensions of your classroom learning
- Read or create your own checklist to ensure you are prepared for the visit.
