King George School is located close to the South Saskatchewan River and downtown Saskatoon. Built in 1912, our school building is a sight to behold. We are proud to serve the communities of King George, Pleasant Hill and Riversdale.

As our school has a community school coordinator, it is a hub for educational, social, recreational and cultural activities. We know the benefits of early childhood education and that is why we offer a prekindergarten program for three- and four-year-olds, full day alternate day pilot program (M/W or T/Th), and a full day, every day kindergarten program as well as a half time kindergarten program (M/W/altF). A breakfast, snack and lunch nutrition program is also available to students, with a halal option. We have many other generous partners who support us throughout the year.

Everyone is welcome at our school, and we pride ourselves on building strong relationships and working as a team. We are mamawi, the Cree word meaning all together; one family under one sky. Together we are better!
