​Due to the severe winter storm, Saskatoon Public Schools is cancelling all in-person classes at collegiates on Monday, March 4, 2024.

Collegiate students were scheduled to attend class Monday, while it was a previously scheduled professional development day for elementary schools. There is no school for elementary students.

The decision to cancel in-person learning was made in collaboration with the City of Saskatoon and Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools to ensure the safety of all our students and staff members and to support city road clearing measures. Staff from elementary and secondary schools, as well as the board office, will be working from home on Monday.  

While all in-person classes are cancelled at collegiates, teachers will be checking in with their students through Edsby or their classroom's online learning platform or through email and providing direction for the day's lesson. Any exams or assignments due on Monday will be rescheduled.

We anticipate that classes will resume on Tuesday.
