Westmount School offers the following kindergarten programs:

• Full day, every day - English
• Full day, every day - Michif (city wide)

Saskatoon Public Schools is proud to offer full day, every day kindergarten at 25 schools, including ours. Full day, every day kindergarten at SPS is not publicly funded. Thanks to the generosity of community donors, the Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation has been funding this program since 2019. The 2025-26 school year represents the final year of the Early Learning Equal Start campaign funding for this program. Full day, every day kindergarten for 2026-27 (and beyond) will depend on new funding. The SPSF is working with the provincial government and donors to secure funding so that our young learners have the best opportunity to succeed.

Pre-K & Kindergarten Open House

Westmount School is hosting an open house for families with children starting Pre-Kindergarten or Kindergarten in September 2026. Whether your child is new to the school system or you already have children in school, we invite you to join us and learn more about what Westmount has to offer. We’ll share information about our programs, before and after school care, transportation, and more.
