Greetings from the Administrative Team and Staff
At Mount Royal Collegiate, we are proud of our culturally diverse student population that includes First Nation, Inuit and Métis youth in addition to many English as an Additional Language (EAL) students from around the world. We truly believe that our diversity is our strength!

Mount Royal is home to several innovative programs and extracurricular activities that inspire learning and engage students. Three examples include:
  • Grade 9 program: Our team of Grade 9 teachers strives to create a welcoming and supportive learning environment for Grade 8 students transitioning into high school.
  • High School Carpentry Apprenticeship Program (HCAP): Grades 11 and 12 students from across Saskatoon Public Schools apply to be part of this unique program that builds a house or cabin for a home buyer
  • Mount Royal Cree Language and Culture Program: Grade 9 students experience a culturally based learning environment including land-based education, ceremony, and Cree language in this full day program.
  • Royal Adult Campus (RAC): RAC is a program for students who are working towards an Adult 12 diploma.
  • Strong curricular and extracurricular program: We are home to Mustang Volley, one of Western Canada's premiere volleyball tournaments.

Mount Royal has a distinct facility advantage. Within the past decade, more than $20 million has been spent renovating and expanding our campus. Renovations include extensive upgrades to our practical and applied arts shops and labs. Our secondary students learn in these enhanced spaces, which are home to the Saskatoon Trades and Skills Centre.

Mount Royal's commitment to our students is fueled by strong community connections and a dedicated professional staff. We encourage you to call our school 306-683-7800 or stop by for a personal tour.
