Nutana Collegiate offers a number of programs and services, including
academic upgrading,
career and counselling,
career and experiential learning, the
MAGPIE program and
summer school. We also offer stretch
English as an Additional Language and math courses for those students who may require additional support. These courses are co-taught by two teachers and supported with an educational assistant.
Students also have access to a mental health and addictions outreach counsellor, a stay-in-school coordinator, a community coordinator and a police liaison officer. The Salvation Army provides a breakfast program, and the Jacoby Centre offers a student-parent support program. We also have an
early learning centre on site for students with children.
We are a culturally responsive school that is home to a cultural centre and host to many events at school and in the community for our First Nations and Métis students and new Canadian students.
