Administrative Procedure 176 sets out Saskatoon Public Schools' plan for Education Continuity Management and Emergency Response.

Communication

When then are changes to school operations (e.g. early dismissal), Saskatoon Public Schools communicates directly with families using the contact information on file with the school.

NOTE: Power outages can impact phone lines and internet at both schools and the Saskatoon Public Schools division office. Saskatoon Public Schools has procedures in place to maintain communication during power outages, including monitoring school email accounts throughout the outage. If you're unable to reach your school using the usual methods (e.g. the school's main phone line or Edsby), please contact the school office via the school email address.
