Saskatoon Public Schools has established a deadline for transfers between in-school and online learning. Current SPS families have until Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020, to transfer between in-school and online learning. After this deadline, elementary students will not be able to transfer until Monday, Jan. 4, 2021. DETAILS

​The final time to pick up Quint 1 textbooks will be Monday, September 21st from 4:30 to 8:00pm at the Saskatoon Public Schools Board Office (310 - 21st Street East).  Click the title of this post for more information.

  • To reduce congestion, plan to pick up textbooks at one of the assigned times described to the right.  Open times are available for those that cannot attend the assigned time.   
  • One member per household will be permitted to enter the building.  Have all student timetables for Quint 1 available to assist with receiving the correct textbooks.  A list of physical textbooks required can be found below.  All other courses do not require textbooks or a digital textbook will be provided by the teacher.
  • PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING if you answer YES to any of these statements:
    • I have cold or flu-like symptoms.
    • I have travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days.
    • I have been in contact with someone with a confirmed or probable case of COVID -19.
  • Line up outside the building near the 3rd Avenue entrance and wait for direction to the enter the building.  Maintain physical distancing at all times.  Masks are required.  Sanitize hands upon entry.

​Full-time online high school is now available for students not attending another school.  Full-time  high school students will take up to 2 classes at a time over 5 sessions (two months each) for a total of 10 possible classes.  Single Classes remain available for students still attending school in-person, adults, and home-schooled students. Click HERE for more information about our Collegiate Programs.

​Elementary students are invited to join the Online Learning Centre's Online Elementary School.  You can expect a qualified and caring Saskatoon Public Schools' teacher to instruct your Kindergarten through Grade 8 child through a variety of online tools.  French Immersion and Cree Immersion online programming may be available if sufficient interest is expressed.

​We know some of you were caught off guard with the unexpected closure of the department that takes payments (with the declaration of a state of emergency).  Not to worry as we will make adjustments to allow you to pay your tuition and still take the class this spring.  We will be in contact on March 30th.
