The following applies to courses with tuition. Students must formally withdraw from the class to receive a refund. Non-attendance is not considered a notification of intention to withdraw from class.
Semester Courses
- If a student withdraws within the first two weeks of the course, they receive a full refund.
- If a student withdraws between the third week and midway point, they receive a 50 per cent refund.
- If a student withdraws after the midway point, they receive no refund.
Quarter Courses
- If a student withdraws prior to the fourth day of class in Quarter 1, 2, 3 or 4, they receive a full refund.
- If a student withdraws prior to the midway point, they receive a 50 per cent refund.
- If a student withdraws after the midway point, they receive no refund.
