We are currently accepting rental bookings from:
- Saskatoon Public Schools
- Community associations (each community association will receive an information letter)
- Saskatchewan intercultural associations
- General public
Rental Seasons
- The Fall rental season runs from September 2 to December 15, 2025. General Public bookings start July 14, 2025.
- The Winter rental season runs from January 5 to March 31, 2026. General Public bookings start November 24, 2025.
- The Spring rental season runs from April 1 to June 15, 2026. General Public bookings start March 2, 2026.

- All requests are subject to staff/facility availability.
- Bookings are coordinated to minimize staff overtime.
- An individual booking needs to be made for each date and time, space, and purpose of booking. Block booking or selected pattern booking is not an option at this time.
Note: Saskatoon Public Schools and Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools use the same rental software program, allowing users to book facilities through either school division.
Payment
Credit card payments can be made through the online booking site. Cheque payments can be mailed to the address below. Debit payments can be made in person at the same address.

Insurance
Any group that requests a school facility is not insured by the Board's insurance for the injuries they bring upon themselves by their own activities. It is recommended that the rental group maintain general liability insurance in an amount not less than $2 million. Event insurance may be purchased through the
Saskatchewan School Boards Association.
